We are Gods Honest Truth, a micro coffee roastery based in Braeside, Melbourne. We are searching for each and every truth of coffee from seed to cup. Our philosophy behind roasting is to have as little impact on the bean as possible, all the while developing the beans natural characteristics.

Backed by Bush and Bush coffee systems, we continue refining and developing a unique style of roasting and brewing. We offer a selection of specialty espresso, and filter roasts, alongside our tried and true blends. Braeside’s unique water has taught us a thing or two about differing minerals in water and their vital role in brewing coffee; So our brewing team has combined the sacred minerals to best display our coffees character and make it pop the way we intended it to.
