Our house blend, Kenny G, is unwavering in consistency and flavor. It’s built upon a base of sweet caramel and chocolate notes with a floral and fruity front. This coffee is great across all methods, black or white.

A fruit forward blend with balanced acidity, juicy sweetness and a floral finish.

How we run it: Here at the roastery we favor a 1:2.5 ratio which will generally look like 20 grams of Kenny G > 50 grams water out at 93 degrees > 28-32 seconds depending on your grinder.

We find this fast flow high water style produces a smooth and clean shot of espresso we get a very balanced and chocolatey cup with nice florals from the Yirgacheffe at the front. When we run Kenny G in this style we achieve a 20-21% solubles yield.
