Origins: Central and South America

Mu Dog is an easy going, well rounded blend. It’s sweet notes of chocolate and honeycomb are a fine representation of the blended origins.

A syrupy milk chocolate body with notes of honey comb - awesome as a flat white or a long black.

How we run it: Here at the roastery we favour a 1:2.5 ratio which will generally look like 20 grams of Mu Dog > 50 grams water out at 93 degrees > 28-32 seconds depending on your grinder.

We find this fast flow high water style produces a smooth and clean shot of espresso we get a very sweet chocolaty, honeycomb flavor note when we run Mu Dog this way as well as a 20-21% solubles yield.
